The short version: we collect the minimum needed to run the app. We don't sell your data, run ads, or share anything except with the services that actually power PoolRun. Questions? Email

What we collect
- Account info: email address, business name, and hashed password
- Your customer data: the names, addresses, phone numbers, notes, and service schedules you enter
- Payment info: processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details, only a customer ID
- Cookies: a session cookie to keep you logged in
What we use it for
- Letting you sign in, manage customers, and run your daily route
- Processing your subscription payment through Stripe
- Sending transactional emails like password reset links
- Rate limiting and abuse prevention
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data to anyone
- We don't run targeted advertising
- We don't share your customer data with anyone
- We don't track you across other websites
- We don't send marketing emails, only transactional emails for actions you took
Third-party services
To run the app, we use these services. Each has their own privacy policy.
- Stripe: payment processing. We send them your email and a customer ID when you subscribe.
- Google Maps: route navigation. Your stop addresses are passed to Google Maps when you open your route.
- OpenRouteService: route optimization. Customer addresses are sent to calculate the most efficient driving order.
- Brevo: transactional email delivery for password resets.
Your rights
You can:
- Edit or delete any customer from your account at any time
- Cancel your subscription from the Settings page
- Reset your password from the login page
- Email us to delete your entire account and all associated data
Data retention
Your account and customer data stay until you delete them or ask us to remove your account. Payment records are retained as required by Stripe and tax law.
Children
PoolRun is not directed at children under 13. If you are under 13, please don't create an account.
Changes to this policy
If we change anything material, we'll update the date at the top and post a notice in the app.
